I’ve used HostGator, GoDaddy and Lunarpages.
In terms of support I’d say HostGator takes the cake, then lagging behind is Lunarpages, then waaay behind is GoDaddy.
However, there is a caveat. If you go for the Assisted Server plan (Which I have) then you get great customer service 🙂
